Accessibility statement
Last reviewed: 27 October 2026
1. Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to learn with LearnAIFast, including people who use a screen reader, browse with the keyboard only, enlarge the text or have difficulty seeing, hearing or moving. This statement covers the whole learnaifast.io website in its five languages: the public pages, sign-up and sign-in, checkout, your learning area, the lesson player, the blog, help and the legal pages. The internal administration panel, used only by our team, is not covered.
2. Compliance status
We take as our reference the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. LearnAIFast.io is partially compliant with them: it meets most of the requirements, but the limitations in Section 3 remain and we have not yet tested it with a real screen reader.
3. Known limitations
- Screen readers: we have checked what screen readers receive (headings, the names of buttons, links and fields, alerts) through the browser's accessibility tree and automated tests, but not yet with a real screen reader such as NVDA or VoiceOver. Some messages may be announced in a way that is not clear enough.
- Blog cover images: some covers contain a short text inside the image; their text alternative gives the title of the article, not always every word in the image.
- Courses not yet translated: when a course is not yet available in your language, we show it in Spanish and mark it as Spanish, so that your screen reader pronounces it correctly.
- Keyboard checks still to do: the blog, the home page and the lesson player pass the automated test (Section 4), but have not yet had our full keyboard walk-through.
- Sign-in form: after a wrong password, the form asks for your email address again.
- Browsers and devices: we test with Chromium, the engine of Chrome and Edge, at computer and phone sizes. We have not yet tested Safari, Firefox or real phones specifically.
Videos in the lessons always come with a written transcript below them.
4. How we check it
This is a self-assessment carried out by our own team:
- Before every release, an automated test (axe) checks the WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 level A and AA rules on the main pages: home, course catalogue, course and sector pages, blog, sign-up and sign-in, checkout, your dashboard, profile and billing, the lesson player with its quizzes, help and the legal pages, also with their dialogs open. We allow no serious or critical problem.
- A keyboard walk-through (Tab and Shift+Tab) of sign-up and sign-in, checkout, your learning area, the catalogue, course and sector pages, help and the legal pages, at computer and phone sizes: a link to skip to the content, a logical order, a focus that is always visible and never hidden by the header, no keyboard traps, and targets of at least 24 pixels or with enough space around them.
- On those same pages, a review of the structure that screen readers read: page regions, a single main heading, the names of links, buttons and fields, alerts and text alternatives.
5. Third-party content
Payments are made on Stripe's secure page, and signing in with Google or Apple happens in those companies' windows. Their accessibility depends on them; if you have a problem there, let us know and we will find a solution with you.
6. Report a problem
If you find something you cannot use, or you need some content in another format, tell us: on the Help page (category «Bug / Error») or by writing to hola@learnaifast.io. Tell us the page and what happened. We will reply and, if we cannot fix it straight away, we will give you the information in another accessible way.
7. Date of this statement
We prepared this statement on 27 October 2026. We review it at least once a year and whenever we change the website significantly.
